Uploaded Riiver app cannot connect to Bluetooth followed all instructions deleted all previous downloads. Will not connect!  I was not happy with the watch before and now I wish I had never purchased it.

This app crashes constantly, and the Riiiver portion of the app is a terrible partnership. Riiiver has clearly put more into their marketing then actual functions.  It is the antithesis of Apple Shortcuts, with poor performance, bad UI, and limited connectivity.  I hope Citizen ends with his partnership immediately.

My W770 used to connect without issue. Since moving to iOS 26 the watch connects once and then refuses to connect.  I have cleared the pairing from the watch, deleted the device from Bluetooth and each time I try and reconnect it works great. The moment I get too far from my phone or when it disconnects overnight, it refuses to reconnect and I have to start over.  I end up in the same loop.

ペアリング出来なくなりました。
インストールしなおしても変わらず。
時計のみでの時刻調整できずペアリング出来ないならば全く意味のない代物となりました。
残念です。

何度試しても、何度充電しなおしてもエラー表示でファームウェアアップデートが出来ないと出る。
こんな事なら買わなかった。
返品希望レベル。

I updated to the IOS 16 on my iPhone an I had not synced my phone in a while to update time and was needing it to be an alert for calls. When I turned it on my watch started going back in time and date. Tried to use local time to set too an was still off. Liked some of the features but has had a lot of issues with the app. I do IT for a living and problem with this app make me want to change to an apple product. But I love the look of older style watches.

発電量よりも、時計の今のバッテリー残量が気になります。 時計側にもバッテリー残量表示はありますが、30%（くらい）刻みでしか表示されないので、アプリ側で、現在の残量や推移が表示される機能がほしです。 できましたら、対応をお願いします。

他の皆さんも記載の通り、時計とのBluetooth接続が安定しません。接続が維持させるときもあれば、30分程度で切れてしまうこともあります。
毎回ではないですが、どうもアプリがタスクキルされてしまっているような、、。
ウィジェットとしてホームに常駐させる等、何かしらタスクキルを逃れ、接続が安定するようなアップデートを望みます。
また初めて利用開始した際に電話の通知がうまくできず（LINEの通知は動作した）、結局電話通知のiiideaを削除&再ダウンロードすることできちんと時計側で通知を受け取れるようになりました。

時計自体は非常に完成度も高く、通常のスマートウォッチのように毎日充電は面倒くさい、電話の取り逃がしだけ無いように通知が欲しい、という自分にはピッタリ、このあたりはさすがシチズンという出来です。

皆さん同様こちらのアプリにアップデートしてから接続がぶちぶち切れます。
通知より、接続が切れたバイブレーションの方が多い（泣）
時計は好きなので、是非改善お願いします。
