My experience has been great. The app was easy to use and I’ve always felt safe and comfortable with my money here. Unfortunately, the interest rate dropped so low that my cash couldn’t even keep up with inflation, so I have to move it. I’m keeping my account n case variables change again.

I try to log in, it says it needs to authenticate, fine. It goes to a screen to select how to do that; email, call, or text. I try to select one, but it’s frozen. No option can be selected. I try to go back, no dice. I deleted the app and reinstalled, same issue. I guess I have to use their dumb website? Ugh.
