The app was easy to use and I’ve always felt safe and comfortable with my money here. Unfortunately, the interest rate dropped so low that my cash couldn’t even keep up with inflation, so I have to move it. Operator had an attitude when he couldn’t hear me, when in fact it was his voice I could barely hear, and then he proceeds to start yelling at me to speak up, not to mention he sounded stoned as hell… horrible experience honestly. Slurred sentences and bad equipment and on top of that attitude ? It freezes up during the login process and you can’t request the 2FA code necessary to continue because the app is frozen. The web site works fine. I haven’t been able to use the app at all for this reason, and I can’t reach support to get this fixed. It goes to a screen to select how to do that; email, call, or text. I try to select one, but it’s frozen. No option can be selected. I try to go back, no dice. I deleted the app and reinstalled, same issue. I guess I have to use their dumb website? It no longer accepts mobile check deposits and keeps giving an error that the amount I enter doesn’t match the check—when it’s exactly correct. This recent update basically broke a perfectly good feature. Now I have to physically mail in my checks, spend money on postage, and wait weeks for a deposit.
