Understandable and can find all the information I need in the click of a button! ### 2/5 — Issues *2020-10-21* Constant problems trying to login to the app. Half of the time it won’t even load the login screen. I always have to uninstall the app and re download it. And then only does it work again half of the time. Once you have completed this process you will be asked to reset your password with the following criteria; 8 characters or more, including 1 upper case letter, 1 number and 1 special character. Please keep in mind that your username and password for the Mobile App are separate from Online Banking. If you change your password in Online Banking it will not change in the Mobile App. If you are still having issues after you have followed these steps, please reach out to your local branch representative so that they can work directly with you in resolving the issues you are experiencing. Called the bank and I was told to re-register. I have done this multiple times. It still says my account is locked. I can log into the website just fine. And I have been using this app for awhile. But I can't login anymore. I had reset my password to my whole account lately so I had thought that I could now login on the app.. but apparently it still says that the account is locked and to contact my financial institution.
