Could you maybe make the “log off” button easier to find? And actually call statements “statements” instead of Go Green?  I liked the old format better, it was easier to navigate...

I just want to praise the Lakeville bank. I was having an issue trying to complete a business opportunity. Barb my teller was superior went over above helping me get my task done.
 A big thank you also to the manager of the store he was so helpful with different options and how I can make my life easier and better.

Been with Citizens over 30yrs and have always been very happy with their service, friendliness, and knowledgeable staff. Their online banking is easy to use and has updated technology. Couldn’t ask for more!

I’m 35, been using online banking since I was 18. Since citizens updated its app and website transactions are harder to see and mobile deposit doesn’t work as well as it used to. There is no solution to link my account to quicken to do my taxes easily. Customer service keeps thinking I’m the problem with mobile deposits. 

I do like the messaging system for getting in touch with someone. That has saved time.

Would appreciate honest effort to fix customer issues not effort to make it look like you’re doing something
