The title pretty much covers it. This app is complete dog water. For some reason instead of keeping the adding and subtracting of transactions, the same it was before, they really felt the need to break everything down. Because of this, I never truly know how much is in my account which has been making it really hard to save money. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Do better Citizens Bank.

This bank used to be good and in the last few months took a total nose dove and is horrible. Customer service sucks now and lies to you and doesn’t help on the simplest issues like a duplicate charge that happened within 60 seconds of each other draining my bank account. They don’t do debit cards at the branch anymore and processing times for transactions and on dial up internet from the 90s slow. Totally trash now ! Who ever made these corporate changes needs to be fired!

Citizens Bank’s transferring of funds is ridiculously slow. There is no reason in 2026 for it to take 3 business days to move money between banks. If they can charge me immediately, they can fund me immediately. 

The slick UI doesn’t matter if my money doesn’t do what I need and when I need it. No thanks. Will not be continuing with them.

This app has broken AI chat, broken face ID, won’t let you save username or it fails to authenticate with username and pw. It’s by far the worst banking app I’ve used to date.
