I have this app solely for the process of quick exception processing. The feature does not work any longer on the app so processes cannot be processed before 11am when I am not near a computer

Ever since I downloaded OS7, I can't open this app.

No facial recognition or fingerprint ID for easy access. Can not connect multiple accounts. Not as up-to-date as others such as Wells Fargo, Chase, and B of A, all three of which I have current experience with.Can do with an update.

I think you have a Great Bank. But your on line banking needs to be a little more refined.
Weekend shut down can cause us late payments and gets marked as such with creditors.
You have Super employees. Very helpful, very kind and they remember my name.

Good online access, with direct deposit, online deposit of checks, and branches , though not available in every community, but enough that I can go when needed, Once a quarter or so.  Glad I stayed
