The new layout let’s me see everything about my accounts in one convenient location, and the app is more secure with duo authentication. The staff at Citizen’s were also incredible with helping me get logged in for the first time and answered all my questions. I’d definitely say that one thing I like better/miss about larger banks’ “mobile deposit” apps is that the money is in my account relatively quickly after submitting the photos of the check- Citizen’s 24 to go, not so much.
