You can’t pay a vehicle loan through the app without a Citizens checking account. I have to hunt for my loan account number, go to the website through browser, and pay as a guest with the account number. I did not want to finance through them but was haggled into it by a car salesman (who probably got a commission off of it) and I regret not going with my bank every time I have to navigate making my payment! **Developer response:** Hello, you can pay a vehicle loan using an external account directly in the app. We need to load the information, and you'll be able to do that when you want.
