Need to go to App Store. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t load since last update *2023-04-18, version 23.18.1* App no longer works ### 1/5 — Worst App on my phone *2020-11-13, version 12.3.4* This app hardly ever works the way it’s supposed to. Literally every time that I try to sign in, it doesn’t allow me to use my Face ID, and I end up having the get an email sent to with a password reset link, reset my password (iCloud doesn’t save for this app), have a text sent to my phone for verification, and then return to the app, login with new username and password, have another text sent to verify my device. It’s so frustrating. I just want to check my bank statement. It’s easier to just call the teller for things that I need, rather than to have to deal with this trash app. You’re a bank!!
