The only way to use Quick Balance just to see if a payment has cleared, is to tap the app’s icon while simultaneously turning the phone to the side so it can’t see me face … and then once the biometric login has failed, then swiping down to use QB. Please give us back the widget so I can check my balance without having to open the app at all … AND/OR let us tap a FaceID icon when opening the app to initiate the biometric login, rather than having it initiate automatically. ### 3/5 — Customer charge *2024-11-14, version 2024.4.0.1* Disappointed that I opened a new account and was charged $15.00 to transfer in $100,000. When I make a payment that requires a check to be sent, it would be nice to see that transaction listed in the account right away. Even if it shows as pending. Currently the transaction doesn’t show up at all until the check is cashed and withdrawn from the account. That could be many days later and you can forget that you don’t have as much money in the account. They aren’t open the bare minimum normal business hours. The atms are always out of order. The debit card limits are laughable. Forget about being able to pay rent without having to go into a branch. Did I mention they aren’t even open regular business hours. Forget the customer friendly hours most banks are open. You can’t tap to pay. The app doesn’t work a lot of the time either. There have been several times I can’t see my balance. The camera focus area randomly shrinks and expands, particularly on the back side of the check, resulting in having to deposit checks at the bank. This is very poor compared to other banks I have used. They should license the technology from a real bank. I also am able to check for any possible suspicious activity that doesn’t look right on my checking account; by logging into my Citizens First Bank Application on my iPhone and checking to make sure everything looks right.
