It won’t allow you the ability to log back in. It just doesn’t work anymore. I’ve tried calling support about it but it rings then goes to silent. When I try to enter my phone number for seeing if I have an existing account it sends a code to a number with the last digits of “11” which isn’t my number. Cost me 2 calls to customer service where they hung up on me. The website doesn’t work in safari as well that took be a couple of call to customer service to figure that out. I hate switching back and forth between modes, since I prefer dark mode for apps view. So i cant even create an account. Deleting app ### 1/5 — APP GLITCHES *2026-08-27, version 4.21.0* The app doesn’t even load, can’t even log in to pay my payments customer service keeps telling me to download the app to make the payment on there, but can’t since the app doesn’t even want to load!! The app does not feature native iOS scrolling, rather it scrolls like Android. Why doesn’t this account support proper 2 factor authentication with an authenticator app? ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever used *2026-03-28, version 4.20.0* I’ve never had an app glitch as badly, as thoroughly, or as consistently as this one. Constant error messages, telling me I have no balance when I definitely do and am actively trying to pay it, and telling me my password was incorrect and locking me out when I was literally using my own face. I tried deleting and reinstalling but no dice. The website on my laptop is just as bad. The only thing that works is the website via my phone. I forgot to make a payment one month and reached out to them on a chat and they said there was no late fees for paying late! I just paid double payment next month, as long as you catch up soon. I’ll definitely use them again for installments again. My only criticism was trying to find their website to pay my bill that first month.
