Unreliable and constantly requires me to delete and reinstall. ### 1/5 — Der letzte Schrott *2022-04-24* Muss die App leider vom Arbeitgeber her verwenden. Funktioniert teils gar nicht (Timeout beim Versuch, mich einzuloggen) und benötigt mehrfach täglich neues Autorisieren. Die Badge-Anzeige bei Secure-Mail funktioniert auch nicht. Zeigt neue Mails an, obwohl nur gelesene Mails vorliegen. Ich kann allerdings nicht ausschließen, dass mein Arbeitgeber mit schuld an der Misere ist - an mehreren Stellen funktionieren Online-Zugänge bei uns nicht. ### 1/5 — Some iPads cannot be located on MDM *2022-04-15, version 22.2.1.5* We use secure hub with MDM on 20 iPads, even though the Wi-Fi, proxy settings, app version is all the same across all iPads, only 6 of them can be located through MDM (using web link) trying to figure it out now ### 1/5 — How is this the only option we have *2022-02-04* I find it hard to think about how you could design a worse app suite. Setup is a pain and half the apps straight up don’t work. Secure hub also prevents you from signing out or refreshing your credentials without explicit network admin privileges, which means every 90 days I need to wipe and fully re install to access the apps, which hardly ever work in the first place. Secure mail is consistently several hours behind and secure web is slow and buggy. However, I’ve recently upgraded to the iPhone 13pro and when reinstalling the app, it requires new device steps that have now negatively impacted the use of my phone outside of the app. I can no longer take screenshots on my device while having this app installed. Extremely frustrating-hopefully this will be fixed now that the issue has been brought to your attention. ### 1/5 — Terrible work application *2021-07-02, version 21.6.0.1* It’s one thing to have this external app taking a memory and room on your personal device it’s another thing when you have to constantly re-download the application and give a whole bunch of permissions on your personal device ### 2/5 — Not good software *2021-06-30* I have tried to get this to work for so long. It is a pain to use! When it was working, I would have to re-login regularly, like every other day. Now it’s not working at all, and I can’t get back in. Here’s the fun part. The “report issue” doesn’t work. It literally opens a pre-filled email with NO TO ADDRESS! I'm not making this up. It is that bad. You literally can’t report an issue. I would much rather my company not use their software. ### 1/5 — iOS 14.5 *2021-06-02, version 21.5.1.3* Secure Notes is no longer compatible with iOS 14.6, which returns an error message “Secure Notes needs to be updated. The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of iOS”. It had same error with 14.5 ### 1/5 — Horrible Glitchfest *2021-05-20, version 21.5.1.3* This app is very glitchy. Almost impossible to use. Can’t believe any employer would mandate this software be used. ### 1/5 — Time killer *2021-04-23* There is a lengthy process to get this setup at my company. I have to try multiple times if not this stupid app will not let me download my company apps. After all the effort it only works for a few more months then quits. I have start all over again. Very finicky app. Also if you open a secure hub app it open the hub authenticates and goes back to secure mail everytime. This whole authentication is weird and clunky. Gets generated and inputted. ‘Error has occurred. Enrollment has stopped’ (spelling mistake is theirs). Try and report and it just gives you a blank email and you choose who to send it to. When it works it only lasts weeks or a few months before sending you in to this spiral of doom and frustration. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever? *2025-10-31, version 25.8.0* This is the worst app for email I’ve ever used. But work makes us use it. It should have been left in 2008, which is when this app belongs. It is so clunky and bad and slow and terrible. ### 1/5 — Unerträglich ignorante Bedienung *2024-12-16* Wie ignorant kann man als Programmierer sein? Citrix Secure Hub ist ein Musterbeispiel hierfür. Keine Anmeldung per Face ID/Touch ID; dazu ist die Passwort Änderung irgendwo komplett versteckt. Nach gefühlt zehn Jahren gibt immer noch keine Aktualisierung aller Citrix Apps auf einmal im Tool – man darf jedes einzeln anklicken. I am having the same problem as a lot of others I noticed. It’s a endless cycle of wanting me to type in my pin and making me accept in my duo app. It’s incredibly annoying. I noticed the only time it doesn’t do this cycle is when I’m on my work network. So I am not sure if it’s a weird security feature. Also it holds on to emails that I’ve moved out of my inbox. It says I have an email from a year ago but I don’t.
