If I don’t , I would lose the $, meaning it was a pointless exercise. ### 2/5 — Website link troubles *2026-07-29* The websites I like to link to no longer work keeps looping back to signin screen ### 1/5 — Verification code error *2025-12-29* I cannot sign up it sends me the verification code bit it will not allow me to type it in or autofill from messagea ### 2/5 — App very buggy *2025-10-22* So hard to complete any offer or even fill out any details the app is awful. Love the concept just very hard to actually do anything ### 5/5 — 💰💵💸💰 *2025-10-14* AMAZING Citro❤️❤️❤️ ### 2/5 — Terrible *2025-10-02* Quite honestly the least user friendly and most difficult to navigate app I have. The fact this is marketed at older people makes it worse. ### 2/5 — Confusing *2025-09-22* I don’t know what the app is doing and whether it is applying the discounts or not. When I go to shop on the browser a box comes up asking to open the app when I do I’m no longer connected to Citro ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2025-09-19* The cashback is pretty much negligible on most things. 1-2%. ShopBack is so much better. ### 5/5 — Seems great so far *2025-08-30* Picked up a purchase I made today pretty good ### 1/5 — Lack of financial data safety *2025-04-28* I couldn’t connect any of the supported bank accounts that I have. Support wanted to confirm my identity by providing sensitive information over a third party chat account. They were helpful to close my account without having tried a more secure means to confirm my credentials. Really disappointed with the service and the support provided. Would not recommend using the app with such disregard for your personal banking information. ## Frequently asked questions about Citro ### What is Citro?
