Every time I try to view my bank account info on my laptop I have to go find my phone and verify that it’s me. I click the remember this device button every time to no avail. It’s so frustrating that I basically can’t access my accounts without going through the app. Dumb. My son keeps getting locked out of his account on his phone too so I’m constantly having to check his info for him on my phone. We’ve gone to the bank to reset his account on his app but the same thing happened just a few days later after fixing it. He gets an error message about the server not being connected.
