Maybe they were all tired but this was a $50 order (expensive for me) and it was an overall horrific customer experience. This was at the John’s Creek GA location. And the inside of restaurant was absolutely FILTHY. Others in line while I was there were also disgusted. It prevents me from even ordering. For example: when I click on a sandwich in the order screen, it just loads and loads and loads endlessly. The only way to fix this is uninstalling and reinstalling, which is crazy. Also, the add to wallet button for the rewards QR code is broken. Also, the “favorite order” system (which used to work perfectly) is broken as well. It’s such a shame because all these bugs and glitches are making me not even want to visit the store, even though I love the food.
