Went to pick up white peppermint mocha and was told expresso machine not working. The girl working was super nice and apologetic. She offered to make me another drink with regular coffee or a refund. I chose the refund. And was refunded the cost of the drink without the $1 tip. She did hand me a card for 1/2 off drink of my choice on my next visit.
