I switched from another company to city cabs because of their fast service and this brilliant app. I love being able to track the taxi to know when I should keep an eye out. The push notifications are so handy too. Id love if I could not only delete favourites but add them without actually booking a taxi, and maybe edit their names like "home" or "work". I'm being picky, the App really is brilliant, other companies need to pay attention and try to catch up. The older app was more reliable. Also when the taxi is booked it doesn't let you see the time you book it and it's easy to make the mistake of getting the pm/am mixed up. Once booked there's no way on the app to find out if made a mistake or not. It would be easy to be able to link apple wallet like every other taxi app in 2022. Other than that, City Cabs is great and it’s nice to be able to track the car in the app but I’m not calling up the firm to get an account in 2022. Doesn’t make any sense. Came across the cab firm online turns out it is the largest. Found the app and booked countless rides through it within a 24 hour window. Amazing! See where your cab is at. When it has been dispatched. It's current location on a map is simple yet the most informative information around. You can enter the address or drag a pin and drop it to the location you want. Add notes so the driver knows what to do. The nice touch is you get a text when your cab is outside with a description of the car so you know what to look out for. Brilliant. Will be using this again on coming business trips and the prices. Amazing.
