Drivers moan if you don’t have cash. And one told me he’s going to start charging me extra if I don’t have cash. I waited in the extreme cold on sat after a while I phoned backe to be told the taxi had a puncture why couldn’t they let me know . I had to phone back another twice by that time I was nearly in tears. The lady on the telephone was so nice not her fault. Taxi didn’t turn up so I called at 17:45 and was told this was only an estimated pick up time - it doesn’t say this on the app. I was also told the taxi should be 15 mins. Called back at 18:00 and was told they were still trying to find me a taxi so I had to cancel it.
