I finish work at 3pm. Which I know is a busy time but having 5+ taxis cancel on me and watching taxis sit in the same spot for 10 minutes if not longer at a time, at a shop or on a road is beyond ridiculous. having to wait till 5pm if not later to get home after a long day is pathetic from the taxi company.
