It’s annoying. This is the main reason why I don’t give this higher stars. I have seen previous reviews by others asking for the same thing..... ### 3/5 — Could provide more functionality *2019-10-04, version 19.1.200* The app works with no glitches, which is great, but it would be nice to have more functionality such as alerts and notifications. There are no options to set notifications for low balance or deposits. I cannot see my running balance, which is the most basic of banking apps. I have to log in online to see this information. Also, I don’t understand the purpose of making me re-enter my password to transfer funds between accounts. I’ve already given my fingerprint or password to login. I understand security but it’s cumbersome; at least allow me to use my fingerprint again. ### 1/5 — Can’t Login *2019-09-14, version 19.1.200* Have not been able to login and several updates have not fixed it. Using iPhone XR. Enter username and p-word, answer security question, provide a day use phone #, receive “successful” save notification, opens login page, process starts all over. What’s happening? I usually go straight to website login, no problems. Tried it again because of new update. Still the same. Even though the box for mobile deposits is checked, it was denied because you say it must be hand written. Bureaucratic redundancy at its highest levels. I have tried updating it, uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing works. I try to look at my transactions and it gives me an error message and says to call. It’s been like that for the last week. Customer service gave no solutions besides updating.
