Cannot check membership costs. Horrible. ### 1/5 — App crashes upon sign in *2022-09-30* The app let’s me get past the login page to select my home gym, but then the platform crashes before I can get any further. Incredibly frustrating. I’m a new gym member and would like to sign up for classes but this app is garbage. ### 1/5 — I Can’t Book Classes *2022-03-22* This app used to work but now I can’t book any classes. It either give me an error that “the department isn’t set up” or I get all the way to the booking section and it says there’s an error and it can’t complete my booking. I’ve not gone to class for 2 weeks now because I can’t tell if it’s filled. ### 1/5 — Old app was better *2021-09-07* Prior to the update, I could sign in to the bill payment section of the app but not into the portion that lets you sign up for classes (of course). After the update, it stays open for a second before crashing and closing. This app is useless and I don’t understand why the gym switched to this useless one. ### 1/5 — What’s the point? *2021-08-22* New app doesn’t transfer info (check-ins, points earned) from previous app. ### 2/5 — Hardware Issues *2023-10-16* Hardware needs to be updated, been having problems with signing into “Billing” through the app and a big error page keeps popping up. And the book a class feature has a bug.
