## What is City Invest | Custodian?

The City Bank Limited offers investment opportunity in the Bangladesh Capital/Share Market from overseas through comprehensive custodial services for Non-Resident Bangladeshis (NRBs), Foreign Individuals and Foreign Institutions. City Bank provides complete hi-tech trading solution, CityInvest to its custodial clients through Mobile App and Web Portal. This digital solution makes share trading easy and convenient for the investors located in different time zones all around the globe. As a custodian bank, City Bank will perform the following functions for its custodial clients:

•	Hold fund and shares/stocks/securities in safe custody;
•	Arrange purchases and sales of securities;
•	Collect information on income from such assets (e.g. dividends, interests, etc.);
•	Provide information on the underlying companies, manage cash transactions, perform foreign exchange transactions where required and provide regular reporting on all activities;
•	Arrange repatriation of capital gains and dividends to the clients’ overseas bank account upon receiving instructions from the clients;  
•	Provide convenient online real time trading platform. 

A state of the art technological platform, CityInvest will make investment/trading easier, efficient and hassle free with the following features:

•	A dashboard with a glimpse of the investors’ portfolio including NITA account balance;
•	Capability of catering to trade instructions in real time both singly and in bulk; 
•	Online IPO applications (for NRBs only);
•	Online Rights Share applications;
•	Robust reporting engine with various forms of reports on the investors’ portfolio and income;
•	Arrangement with clients’ chosen Brokerage House;
•	This platform is available both in Mobile App and Web Portal; 
•	Dedicated support team catering to client queries and requests.
