### 2/5 — Disappointing

*2022-08-27, version 1.0*

I found this game to have lots of glitches. The map didn’t work at points, the puzzles weren’t ‘written’ well. I have screenshots of one of the puzzles. The objects to find for achievements weren’t clear. The extras usually let you go back through to find your objects but this didn’t. I’m finding some of these games getting worse the newer they get. I haven’t asked for my money back as I did finish the game, but not happy about it

### 2/5 — Usual problems

*2022-08-24, version 1.0*

Chain and lock appear too easily; imprecise and/or much too precise touch controls
Chain and lock appear too easily: this means that the chain and lock appear too easily.
Touch controls: in many scenes you have to tap on a tiny and (compared to the object) ambiguous target.
Usual problems: we’ve complained about these issues before.

### 2/5 — Where is your QA DEPARTMENT?

*2022-08-23, version 1.0*

There are several problems with this game in addition to the same inventory usage (which is getting boring). It crashed twice, once in the museum at the beginning of the game and the second time in Steve’s house playing the mosaic puzzle. The app becomes a white screen in Steve’s house. In the bonus game at one point the text is off the screen and the language is garbled in a mini game. This game was more work than it was worth, and the extra game play is not worth the price.

### 1/5 — Ads

*2025-01-12*

Omg never ever played a game with so many ads every time you touched anything an ad came up
No idea how it got 4.7 stars I’ve deleted it boooo

### 1/5 — Extremely Excessive Ads on Free Version

*2024-09-23, version 1.1.0*

Wow! 2 minutes of game play to 2 minutes of ads! Endless ads even in the middle of puzzles. Yeesh! Get over it! Delete!

### 1/5 — Awful!!😣

*2024-06-30, version 1.1.0*

The ads are longer than your play time!

### 1/5 — beware…

*2023-12-23, version 1.0.7*

i purchased the deluxe full version of this game back in february. i unfortunately had to uninstall to free up ipad storage for device update. i just recently reinstalled game and there is no option to restore purchase. now, i paid the required amount to have unlocked game. and not to my surprise, i again (unless i want to sit thru annoying ads) can’t play the full game…(even though i purchased this game twice now.) tried to contact developers but no response back. thanks, in advance for the aggravation.

### 1/5 — Restore purchase

*2023-05-30, version 1.0.5*

Now that there is a F2P option of the game, I can no longer see the Restore Purchase option. You want me to pay again? Please fix that.

### 1/5 — Game bugged, can’t advance

*2022-10-15, version 1.0.2*

I’ve had the same problem with 2 games with this developer. I get to a place in the game where there is nothing to click on and hints don’t work. Only 3 places I can go. I started over and tried again. Got stuck at the same place with the same problem. Total rip-off. I play on an iPad.

### 1/5 — Pay to play

*2022-09-04, version 1.0*

At first look on the menu it shows you only pay for the upgrade and extras however once you have played the first level and cuts off wanting £5.99 to continue. Sorry but do not advertise the game as free when it isn’t. Very very disappointing

### 1/5 — Game not working

*2022-08-25, version 1.0*

I reported problem with game 2 days ago. I re downloaded the game and it malfunctioned again at different, earlier point than before. I have requested a refund from Apple.

### 1/5 — Flaw makes it impossible to proceed

*2022-08-24, version 1.0*

There is a flaw toward the end of the game where you’re supposed to retrieve a lightbulb from a backpack after completing a puzzle to open it. The bag opened and vanished, there is nothing at all now in my inventory and I cannot finish the game. Restart did not resolve the issue.

### 2/5 — Don’t bother

*2024-04-19, version 1.0.8*

And it costs too much. The puzzles were mostly too tedious and very boring. I am not sure how it got a 4.7 rating.

### 5/5 — Good Game

*2022-09-16, version 1.0.1*

I am so thankful for a new game. To me the story was not intriguing, but the game play was fun. Experienced the map disappearing for a short time. Did not find other glitches or problems. Still have the bonus chapter to play. Thank you for this game.

### 5/5 — Great Game!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2022-08-18, version 1.0*

I absolutely love Domini games. They keep getting better and better. Happy to pay more money as long as you keep spitting out games on iOS.

### 3/5 — Glitches

*2022-11-04, version 1.0.2*

Although it states an update, not sure what they updated. Pointless being asked for screenshots etc to say what is wrong when people have gone past that point. Or perhaps we are expected to play the game again just to do support workers their jobs. Test it before releasing and ensure it is fully tested as well. I found glitches in the puzzles. Worst one is in the bonus game and playing with the book and putting corresponding images into the wording. What on earth does ceho801tex14 mean in the reading part. Those word letters and numbers were in front of ‘recreation centre’ and then a sentence later in front of ‘legend’. They were also in the preceding pages but because I had found the images the page moved on before I could write the words and letters down.
Apart from the glitches the game wasn’t too bad to play.

### 3/5 — Needs work…bugs

*2022-10-23, version 1.0.2*

Collected items stopped appearing in inventory near end…needs work.

### 3/5 — Keeps Freezing

*2022-10-05, version 1.0.2*

Absolutely beautiful game but it froze at least 10x during gameplay requiring reboot.

### 3/5 — City Legends: Trapped in Mirror by LynxMinx

*2022-09-23, version 1.0.2*

This game was a hot mess. In addition, I do not understand how this population of gamers does not see, or chooses to ignore, the obvious flaws in the game. Thus, it’s difficult for me to feel empathy toward those who paid $8.99 for an overly glitchy game. Truthfully there should be one version of a game, and it should be priced no higher than $7.99. For what you guys are paying, you deserve excellent quality assurance! First of all, let’s start out on a positive note. The graphics were decent. The game was lengthy. There was a nice variety of HO scenes and puzzles. I always enjoyed urban legends in regards to Bloody Mary. I enjoyed most of the tasks. The bonus adventure had an interesting storyline, for a change. Now let’s move to the negatives. The lack of touchscreen sensitivity on the gameplay interface was appalling. It was nearly impossible to acquire many inventory items. Some of the mini-games were very difficult to manipulate as well. Halfway through the game, the map had no features except for a white screen! Oh, and before I forget, if you cannot find a collectible, the strategy guide ended on page 48 and there were still tons more collectibles to acquire. Strangely enough, the map returned within a few more locations and then you were able to access more collectibles in the strategy guide. In addition, the storyline was identical to every single storyline from Domini (an evil entity sacrificing souls to achieve a purpose, usually immortality.) In this case, the entity was stealing souls in exchange for beauty and youth, and of course immortality! Let’s not omit that tidbit. The inventory line-up, save for a couple of new items, was one we have seen time and time again: corkscrews and corks to plug pointy drawers, coins to unscrew or screw on bolts, fans and hats to disperse smoke/steam, magnets and digging implements. This was another cookie-cutter game. My review will stand at two stars and I am being generous, especially since the game crashed more than once! This game, had it had excellent quality assurance, would have earned between 4 and 4.5 stars. It’s very unfortunate. I cannot go into details but I am working on a project. If successful, eventually it will make all of you extremely happy, and it most certainly does not involve Oleg. This is a lengthy process so kindly bear with me. Once again, I’m very sorry that Oleg refused to release the EIPIX games. They were a very talented and creative company, whose unusual inventory usage, super-puzzles, and diverse alternate HO scenes always made their games so much fun to play and enjoy. This population would have had a field day. But none of you took two minutes to write to Domini to request them so all of my hard work was in vain. What a pity!
