Ive been reaching for my parcel have been 2 weeks stuck at facility with no updates. Its been 2 weeks now and ive been asking through their WhatsApp bot until emailed. NO RESPONSE. Why dont make human contact like directly chat to WhatsApp??? Why must using bot??? My parcel is important please do something asap!😡
