This app is a hot pile of TRASH, it’s almost as if the clown mayor made it himself.  It functions about as well as our useless politicians!

I Wanted to report a downed tree in front of my house but the app has no way for you to do that. When you open up the page to make a report there is a list of a bunch of topics, but none of them apply to a downed tree limb; therefore I couldn’t use the app.

What an embarrassment. The city should be ashamed to such an unusable app. Not user friendly AT ALL! I hated to even give it one star.
