Downloaded. Tried to create a new acct but gave me a message to use existing acct. tried my credentials for access to water bill but that didn’t work. Called the city for support. They told me to use the app store to contact the dev team. Tried that but the screens that came up were not centered on my iphone SE screen & were unusable.  I have no idea if my problem report was submitted or not. Epic fail Carrollton.

This is a great step forward for Carrollton.  I would like to see the events calendars incorporated into the app and promotion of upcoming events, such as next week’s Citizen’s Evening.  My hope is that the app will also serve the city’s marketing needs and not function primarily as a promoter for our wonderful businesses.
