City of Hats 3.1.0 introduces our completed Phase 3 security architecture, improved encrypted 1:1 pairing, Phrase IDs, recipient verification, and more reliable messaging and file handling. Recovery copies of encryption keys are no longer stored on our servers. If a device is lost or the app is removed, encrypted conversations cannot be recovered. This release also includes interface polish, updated security information, and stability improvements.
