Unfortunately, I had to wait for a very long time and wasn’t called until after 2:00 PM, even though my appointment with my doctor was at 2:25 PM. I also noticed that my position in the queue seemed to change unexpectedly, which was confusing. The ability to. make appointments and visit multiple doctors in a single day makes this journey so much easier. When I hear about the hassles, my friends and family have to go through for their Medical treatments, I am reminded of how great City Of Hope is. ### 2/5 — Scheduling *2026-08-02, version 4.1.0* The Scheduling application is terrible you only allow a person to see the next seven days but if you arrive at the hospital for all your appointments on the current day you can see no appointments so you have nothing to look at to validate the location of the services the building names or anything like that I don't know who thinks that a person arriving at the hospital automatically knows where to go when they have six appointments in a day but you guys could do a lot better ### 2/5 — Hide and seek *2024-12-05, version 3.4.0* There are some test results that seem to appear and then disappear never to be found again. Like today, I was reading a CT scan done today (12/05), suddenly the app timed out and when I logged back in the CT results have disappeared. Why? Likely because the software lacks proper design and testing. All of the RNs and other nurses, and the clerical staff, are so professional that I am impressed every time I visit.
