Signed up for App about 10 days ago. The App worked for general information. But when I went to “Account Management”, nothing but a spinning icon. Called Rec Center Staff. Was told we’re having problems. Give it a day. Waited one day and tried again. Nothing. Called staff again. Advised to delete and reload App. So I did that. Nothing. Now 10 days later, still no Account Information and the Scan feature to get you into the center does not work. So as for now, the App is worthless. Staff continues to say, “we’re working on it”. Why release a public service App that doesn’t work? Speaks poorly to Parks and Rec or perhaps city IT staff.
