Slow to load, requires registration, interface not up-to-date. It's the same issue that has been reported for over 4 years! I also have the City of Gold Coast app and it's a breeze to use. User functionality could definitely be improved, as it is not as intuitive as it should be. The aquatic pages are sadly out of date. When I go into the app the notification isn’t there.
