I’ve uninstalled the app and just report via telephone ### 1/5 — So buggy *2025-05-14* I don't understand how this app can be so buggy after years. I could've written a decent replacement by myself in 6 months, probably at a fraction the cost of what has been spent developing it. Regularly fails to even load pages while navigating the app. The worst part is that being an app for the city it should be open source, and I would've submitted bugfixes for free - how in the world can an app for the public good like this be closed source? ### 2/5 — Garbage App *2025-04-10* Barely functional. Went downhill especially for the report submission - frequent bugs with blank reloads, easier just to do on the web. Sad that this is really the best city can do ### 1/5 — App Has Gone Downhill *2023-11-05* City of Ottawa please fix your app - it is impossible to submit reports. The interface is broken when trying to use the map function, or to sign in, the max photo size is small compared to average photo sizes today, and this is a really a critical tool of reporting issues to the city!! Please fix this app that used to function better. ### 1/5 — Useless now *2022-03-30* This app was very useful for reporting parking issues, but since the beginning of the pandemic, it just sits while submitting, before erroring out with a useless error message (“An error has occurred” - as a developer, this type of error message makes me furious!). As a result, the city call centre is stuck handling the calls, adding to wait times. ### 1/5 — Unnecessary notifications *2021-11-26* I installed this app to get winter parking ban notifications and turned all other notifications off, but I still get them anyway. It’s annoying so I’ll stick with email notices. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2020-11-25* Such a promising app that hasn’t been updated by the city in over a year, you guys can do better then this.
