I think many Canadians want to be responsible but realize that the blue box system is failing.
Article in Examiner today about new recycling contractor & more stringent standards.
Hope your website and app will address changes.

If you've been victimized by a label or had a couple of your items tossed it maybe because you don't properly clean your blue bin or wash your cans & organize them in a fashion for the collectors who are front line workers & who will pick up your items if properly sorted & cleaned. These people are kind don't be mean with them.
