Have tried a few times over past week and still the same ### 1/5 — Cannot log in *2023-08-10, version 2022.2.2* App login doesn’t work. Unable to log in - credentials not recognised, website works. ### 1/5 — Buggy *2023-06-05, version 2022.2.2* The app is great when it works but will randomly log me out and then state it does not recognise my credentials. I try the next day and they work, only to go through the same process a week later. Gets very frustrating when I have to effectively reset my online account every week or accept that I am unable to access my account until the system ‘resets’ and recognises the credentials again. ### 5/5 — Fantastic for borrowing books *2022-07-22, version 2021.1.3* Helps a ton with checking out (physical) books from a library. It’s great for searching catalogs, placing reservations is a breeze too! The online experience of City of Sydney libraries network has improved a lot in the recent years. ### 1/5 — Not good enough *2021-11-26, version 2021.1.3* The MobileApp does not allow us to check the expiry date of the reservation. After all, there is no advantage in installing the app as we have to log in to the website to check. On the contrary, the App has the disadvantage that it needs to be updated regularly. There is no point in installing the app if there is no benefit beyond this disadvantage.
