You are supposed to be able to submit reports anonymously, but this app requires you to give location data, your name, your email, and your phone number. That is not anonymous!

And even if you give up all you personal information, it doesn't work! What a useless train wreck of an app!

I completed a code enforcement complaint on a Sunday evening and the officer came out on Monday morning- amazing! I love the app, it’s so easy to use, highly recommend!
