Using the City Sightseeing Berlin app is easy. This is how it works:

No unnecessary waiting – you can find all our 25 stops and the locations of our buses in the app on the map and in a handy list. Simply open the app to see if there’s a bus near you 
to hop on. Hop-on and off as often as you like.

Navigate - see your location on the map and navigate yourself to where ever you like to go in the city. Simply click on you destination on the map and we will calculate the walking distance in kilometers and time.

Important updates – we will let you know if any special events in the city influence the route or stops of our buses and boats. Open the app to receive our updates. 

Highlights – find Berlin’s top attractions like the Brandenburg Gate, KaDeWe, Checkpoint Charlie and many more in the app. Interested in specific highlights? Click on the highlight of your choice in the map and we will show you more info on that attraction. We also offer a list of interesting attractions for you to browse through. there is a link that says “ see where the buses stop” this does not work, so good luck trying to find the bus stop running over a dual carriageway trying to find a bus that may or may not stop!

We just came back from having this bus tour and were trying to use this app. 

It does show the location of buses and the routes but it lacks the most basic functions, like:

- no time table or schedule for buses. 
- no way to buy a ticket through the app, or to upgrade. You have to do it at bus stops by asking the people that work for the company. 
- overall the app was buggy, showing some popup when I would start it. 
- and also this service in general is quite confusing as to what ticket you need. We paid for one online but then it turned out that we needed to pay 8 more euros to take a green bus. This upselling is quite annoying.

Die App zeigt zwar die Busse, allerdings „springen“ die Busse munter hin und her. So dass man nie weiß ob er nun kommt oder auf einmal g da ich ganz woanders ist…
