I complained to the company and received response stating that the app only shows estimated times. He protestado que solo se escuchaba música flamenca mostrando mi descontento y me han dicho que solo se explicaba algo cuando se pasaba por algún monumento. Mentira. Hemos pasado por sitios con mucha historia que no nos han explicado. Hemos pagado 80€ para que nos den una vuelta sin más. Ofrecen un servicio que desde luego no dan. I was able to use the bus Wi-Fi with the app and cellular to Tracy where the busses and stops were. ### 3/5 — You need to be connected to a Wi-Fi *2022-12-14, version 1.7.5* I’m not sure why but for this app to download all required info for the city you’re in, you need to be connected to a Wi-Fi router, otherwise if using your cellphone service, it will crush once reaching the fourth step. I tried multiple times while on the bus with no success. Once I connected to a Wi-Fi at one of the bars close to a stop, it downloaded everything it needed in a second! ### 2/5 — Bof! *2023-07-23, version 1.7.6* Il faut être bien avant l'heure de passage prévu…. Un bus est passé à quelques minutes avant l’heure (numéro 8)et nous avons du attendre 30 minutes le suivant ! Le jour suivant on est arrivé juste à l’heure… on a envoyé notre fils leur dire d’attendre et le bus a démarré alors que nous étions à 20m! Pas cool!
