Any issue or problem I’ve had with any account, question, or problem with cards they have always been more than helpful to figure out the issue and resolve said issue in a steadfast manner. From the top to the bottom when it comes to any employee they always have a smile on their face and are more friendly than any other bank I’ve ever stepped foot in. I won’t hesitate to let friends, family, and business associates that the Albrecht family and City State Bank will take care of them and then some for any banking or financial matter! My only gripe is that that aren’t any push notifications for the app that pop up on your phone when a purchase is made with their debit cards and it would be nice if emails were sent as well as that would help with financial and accounting purposes. ### 5/5 — Great usability *2022-03-14, version 5.0.5714* Easy to use.
