These guys (drivers) also work for Uber on the side and artificially inflate prices. I’ve already taken a ride from Avalon Mall to the airport for $26; now the price shows $28, but as soon as I place the order, I get a response: “Sorry, we can’t find a driver for you.” Meanwhile, the price on Uber with these same drivers is $60. I’d like to understand whether there are any penalties for these kinds є of shady tactics. ### 1/5 — Awful customer service *2024-08-16, version 1.11.0* Rude call agent, ride failed to be booked on time. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-11-25, version 1.7.0* The app keeps saying something went wrong. When all the bugs are fixed I assume this will be a great convenience, but it is absolutely horrible to use currently. Booking takes forever, I booked a cab to leave the mall at 5pm, it took over an hour and numerous phone calls to dispatch for someone to show up, and it wasn’t even the driver assigned to me. I had to cancel my ride which was prepaid for, so that I could get in the cab with the gentleman who finally showed up, so that I could pay him. Terrible system and one of the dispatch operators was very rude and hung up on me. Would not accept my mobile phone number. Repeated this process two more times. No joy. In good weather, there are always taxis. But it is impossible to find a taxi in snowy weather. I guess you are waiting for the weather to get better to work. But I can already walk in good weather. When it comes to transportation, you must have a mission. But I guess not. I walked not for one day, but for days because I could not find a taxi in the snowy weather.
