She was very detailed in her explanations. She was enthusiastic and genuine. I loved my experience with my visit to The Louvre. ### 5/5 — Louvre tour *2026-06-06* Saeed was fantastic. He fielded all my daughter’s questions (there were many) and was incredibly warm and entertaining in giving us our tour of the Louvre. He was able to hit only the highlights in a 3 hour tour but it felt like we definitely got the most we could out of our visit. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to survey the Louvre. -Ray ### 5/5 — Colosseum, Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill *2026-05-19, version v5.7.6* Iman is an extraordinarily knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guide. We were treated to a nonstop recitation of his encyclopaedic knowledge of Ancient Rome. As well, with his “insider” contacts, he was able to sneak our group into a couple of the smaller venues that were not strictly part of the tour. But as it was near closing time and Iman was a known quantity, the guards let us spend a few minutes inside that we would not have otherwise had. He provided a fun, fast-paced, and fact-filled afternoon touring the sights of Ancient Rome. Yayyyy Addie!!!! Thanks so much. ### 5/5 — Murano/ Burano *2026-05-14* On May 11th at 1:15 I met the most experienced and talented and knowledgeable lady F. Who was guiding the tour. I experienced something more than a tour with explanations. She made me see and feel Venice and Islands through her eyes. And she was a magical person because she is not only know what is she doing but she lives it and enjoys it. And these vibes she sends to the group. I would recommend her to everyone who wants to really enjoy the trip and come back for more! He lit up talking about the artists and helped us understand and appreciate the marvels we were seeing. We were so grateful to have a tour set up. The line to get into the Vatican was at least a half a mile long, it would have taken hours to get in. I have been to Venice three times, but never seemed to get over to the islands of Murano and Burano. I’m so glad I did this visit! Our guide was fun and educational. Since she is an art historian, she had an interesting take on everything. I really feel like I know the entire lagoon area more than I ever did before. Very informative, funny and gave a fantastic tour. We had a lot of fun. She was so helpful to recommend quaint, beautiful shops to visit. We love her spirit and highly recommend her as a guide! She gave great historical references, knew the best locations for viewing the changing of the guards, and kept the kids and us entertained! Drove to a Lemoncello factory, and got some free tasters. Drove to Sorrento and had the famous Lemon sorbet in a lemon overlooking the sea. Simply amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knew his subject inside and out, which made everything feel both insightful and engaging. What stood out the most was his sense of humor—he kept things light and enjoyable while still making meaningful, well-thought-out points. The whole journey felt smooth and well-guided, and he did a great job of keeping everyone involved and on track. Overall, he created a positive and memorable experience, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for both expertise and an enjoyable time ### 5/5 — Downtown walking tour to Churchill War Room *2026-04-01* Loisa took us around the Big Ben and along to the buildings of Parliment. She answered questions as they arose. Seem very knowledgeable. We were then taken to the fascinating Churchills War Room where she left us to tour. She also told us how to maneuver to Parliment. We visited Lake Como and took a lovely boat ride to Bellagio followed by a ride to Lugano. Marina was very knowledgeable and friendly. We are so happy that she was our guide. ### 5/5 — Louvre with Florence *2026-03-29, version v5.7.2* Our visit to the louvre today was a once in a lifetime experience only improved by the knowledge and passion that Florence brings! If you have the chance, this is the only way one should visit this beautiful place. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Do Not Trust *2025-09-20, version v5.3.2* Bought a Vatican tour that included Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica skip the line. Apparently had a justice summons on day I was scheduled to go. I got ripped off . The tour operator knew in advance St. Peters’s would be closed but they did not inform us until we were checked in so we could cancel for a refund or take a different tour. The Vatican museums only experience is $80 difference than what I paid. Sounds like a bait and switch to me. Viator City Wonders costumer service will not help on partial refund or anyway to make up for the loss. Avoid booking through Viator and City Wonders for premium experiences! I know I won’t book with them in the future. ### 4/5 — Great trip *2026-05-28* Lavinia was great! Very knowledgeable and enjoyable. Pompei and Sorrento were amazing our guided tour was amazing made it very interesting and made us laugh. Luca is a wonderful and professional driver. He was an art history major in college and it shows. His knowledge was deep and interesting. His detailed description of “The Last Supper” was particularly good.
