Customers service very bad

Ive been reaching for my parcel have been 2 weeks stuck at facility with no updates. Its been 2 weeks now and ive been asking through their WhatsApp bot until emailed. NO RESPONSE. Why dont make human contact like directly chat to WhatsApp??? Why must using bot??? My parcel is important please do something asap!😡

Website and apps cannot fill in reattempt form. All the details in parcel movement is wrong. They NEVER contact me ONCE but the update state that "Unable to contact receiver". LIARS
