Developer emailed me to apologize, saying sometimes reseller links don’t work. Developer restored my tour access and gave me a credit for another. Pleasantly surprised and pleased. Haven’t tried to see if it works (I’m in a different city now but will return), so am holding back on a fifth star until I’m sure. But good service in any case. **Developer response:** We’re sorry the link did not work. Asking for all money back and credits for the future. This ruined experience for my in-laws. Also, two days validity of purchased segments only is a deterrent to check if it works until it is too late. **Developer response:** We’re sorry for the issues during our app launch. Some bugs occurred in the first week, but have since been fixed. We offered both a full refund and extra credits. The two-day validity mentioned is incorrect: purchased tours and credits remain valid indefinitely. ### 1/5 — Didn’t work *2026-06-07* Bought a tour through Booking.com (affiliate site).
