Estimated times to reach the reserved vehicle are totally unrealistic, unless you are an olympic sprinter and know the area well. The problem that the reservation expires too quickly and someone else could book the same vehicle when you are half way there. i am a fast walker but what is shown 1 min will take 5; what is 11 min will be about 25+ minutes at least.

As a student, it allowed me to go long distances. That's why I feel both happy and peaceful with the assurance of citybee. If you don't have a car and you're going to a place where you can't use public transport or if you want to go wherever you want comfortably, it's an application that you should definitely use :)

Mistakes were made.  I am not sure what I clicked on the app but 19 seconds later, I tried to cancel and was charged 2.29 eur. 

Customer service responded to my inquiry on dropping the charge with this laughable reason: 

“At the time of your reservation when your car was reserved to you but it was not used actively, and other customer’s couldn’t reserve it or use it - it still counts as your active reservation.  Based on the fact that we compensate and refund customer’s only for a valid reason, we cannot act on your request and compensate for 19 seconds of not actively using the car.” (Direct quote)

If you are a math nerd, this is 433.89 eur/hr.  When in Latvia, I recommend Bolt Drive.

I haven’t used this service for couple years because I didn’t travel.
Now I wanted to use but it is a nightmare to update phone number.
It’s not 1996, it’s 2026 and you keep asking to send email in order to update the phone number.
If you are traveling from another country and had old Citybee account you are out of luck. You can’t update it and you can’t create a new one because the driver’s license is still associated with the old account.
Terrible design. Extreme waste of time and horrible customer experience.

I am experiencing an issue with the verification process. I am not receiving the SMS verification code, which prevents me from accessing my account. The support team attempted to help by sending a code via email, but unfortunately, that code does not work either.

This situation is quite frustrating, as it leaves me without a reliable way to complete verification. I would strongly recommend improving the verification system by making it more flexible and dependable. For example, it would be helpful to expand beyond SMS and include alternative methods such as authenticator apps, backup codes, or other secure verification options.

Enhancing the system in this way would greatly improve the user experience and prevent similar issues in the future.

No puedo subir mi carnet, la aplicación me pone que el país emisor (España) no está en la lista, aunque lo encuentro. Cuando intento contactar con soporte, me dicen que tengo que conectar a un wifi lugareño, sin embargo en su mapa aparezco bien. Los desarrolladores lo han hecho tan complicado, que tras intentar subirlo 5 veces ya no tengo ganas de usar sus servicios y lamento el tiempo perdido. Hay otras empresas de carsharing donde lo han hecho todo mucho más simple y donde pensaron en la experiencia del usuario.

I used to be very happy with this app, but I have noticed last few time that I am getting charge quite randomly and that I am paying something different that what is written on the billing that I receive on my email. There is nowhere to understand why and nowhere to ask Information on the app. I’ll basically just stop using this app, that’s quite unfortunate

I had issues with my account and couldn’t secure the car. The customer service was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 
During my rental I realised that I have choose a wrong option, which end up costing me more money. Customer assistance Saule was very kind, supportive and helpful in assisting me and finding the best solution to sort this problem.
