Essentially unusable. Crashes so often you can’t get any info out of it. The UI is terrible, the ads are badly located/inserted in the experience, and the close box on the ads is poorly designed.

If you're in HK and using the bus, ignore this app. Download the KMB app instead; it shows Citybus routes. The Citybus app, unchanged since 2018, still takes ages to display estimated arrival times and keeps GPS on in the background, draining battery. Despite complaints over the years, there have been no responses or improvements.

I downloaded the app to my iPhone. When I opened it, it only showed the instructions and nothing else. There is no buttons to get into the app. I know it works in my sister’s Samsung phone. Weird. So disappointed.

Need more help on what the icons mean and how to navigate. 

Bus route search should allow point of interest search, such as the estate name or a shopping center name.

Very usefull with comprehensive info. Takes a bit of learning but very good. 
Feedback to the software developer:
The bookmark edit/delete function doesn't seem to work
Would be good if there was a Help section or legend to the icons
Would be fantastic if we could see when the next bus was actually coming (ie live info)
Would be good to have a feedback button in case any issues with the bus the passenger wishes to report

**Developer response:** The app will provide estimated arrival times(ETA) of routes nearby once you open the app if you allowed the app to use location service. As we tested under cellular network, it will take around 4 seconds to view the ETA.
