Operation within this company is pathetic. Delivery person doesn’t coordinate with company they will deliver at own time. Totally failure in operation. ID is registered when you place orders on the app yet the delivery driver wants you to send him photos of your ID otherwise he won’t deliver. Other times they don’t need ID sometime yes sometimes no. Don’t like having to send photos of my personal information to random delivery men. First deliveries they would leave at the door if I wasn’t home, last time order they say it’s not possible. So had to cancel the order. They give you a 4 hour window for delivery and expect you to sit and wait until maybe they show up within that time? Everything is a hassle with them, use a different company. ### 1/5 — Terrible delivery service *2024-12-13, version 1.0.37* Terrible considering their primary task is delivering drinks. Yes they have a huge variety of drinks. But they promise delivery within a 2 hour window. And mislead you on pricing. You think your bill is going to be a certain amount, but when you go to the delivery section you’re slapped with an additional 20dhs. And then you’re told that the delivery will happen in a time frame of 4 hours from when you ordered. I still didn’t receive the delivery post 4 hours. Upon checking up with the customer service, I simply get one response every 10-15 mins and it is absolutely unhelpful and unsatisfactory. If your only task is to deliver on time and you fail that then your business model is flawed. Nobody should order from you. Categories and their contents need to be edited by someone who actually knows beer. (Carlsberg and Asahi are not brown ales.) When searching for my own user information and how to edit it, the “Cabinet” option was not intuitive. Change it to “My Account”/“My Profile”/“My Info” and put the cabinet in there. This app is an excellent idea (and if their beer selection improves, I’ll actually use it), but like so many apps in this part of the world, it appears to have been rushed to market without proper testing. You’re welcome, guys, I just did more UAT than you did. ### 2/5 — First try… order canceled *2025-05-03, version 1.0.37* Unfortunately, my first experience with Citydrink wasn’t great. My order was canceled overnight, and I received a refund notification during the night but the refund hasn’t shown up in my bank account yet.
