Absolutely horrible and don’t care about user statisfaction. First year college studany code a better app than these guys. Shame on our property managers for signing with these folks. ### 1/5 — Horrible functionality, slow, and useless *2026-07-01, version 2.0.105* By far the worst building management software I’ve ever seen. A lot of bugs for thermostat and enabling unit key, outdated UI, fobs take 2-3 seconds to actually unlock building access, captures unnecessary data such as your location, unables you to install your own smart thermostat and stuck with an app that hardly works. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2026-06-11, version 2.0.105* Never works ### 1/5 — Barely works *2026-06-10, version 2.0.105* It used to work in terms of controlling AC/heat, now you can’t press anything on the screen ### 1/5 — Terribly App *2026-05-19, version 2.0.74* This app sucks, if you have the chance, don’t get it. ### 1/5 — Inconsistent *2026-05-03, version 2.0.74* Air conditions controls drop off regularly. I’ve also been locked out of my condo when the app doesn’t work.
