Unit key and thermostat stopped working, and worst of all this company somehow convinced developers and property managers that they provide good service and have a monopoly on the thermostat. Absolutely horrible and don’t care about user statisfaction. First year college studany code a better app than these guys. Shame on our property managers for signing with these folks.

By far the worst building management software I’ve ever seen. A lot of bugs for thermostat and enabling unit key, outdated UI, fobs take 2-3 seconds to actually unlock building access, captures unnecessary data such as your location, unables you to install your own smart thermostat and stuck with an app that hardly works.

Air conditions controls drop off regularly. I’ve also been locked out of my condo when the app doesn’t work. I think if the condo is going to offer this service to its residents they need to sure it’s actually functional.
