The system keeps sending me text verification codes THAT DO NOT WORK. Then when I minimize the app and go back into it I get stuck on the loading screen with the loading icon in the middle of the screen that does t go away until I completely close the app. Then I have to reopen the app and do the whole process over again just to get stuck at the loading screen of death again and again and again and again. I have the flu and I can not get the telemedicine to work. The doctors never join and then when I close out the app I get an IP error. When calling the office as instructed, they just told me to redo everything as before. But I’ve tried 5 times. I need help. I’m forced to use a different urgent care company for telehealth that I do not like. I love CityMD and the doctors are always so sweet and supportive. That’s not normal. I tried using a VPN and just cellular data only, turning off my phone and I still get the password reset request. This happened multiple times 2) Try to add an appointment. Doesn’t give you available time slots you have to go through the calendar day by day. Suddenly it works PERFECTLY when it needs to collect money ### 1/5 — Cannot get result *2026-07-17, version 7.6.0* Very frustrated at continued error messages that”system is down”. Cannot create a new account to receive results. This resulted in numerous phone calls to “chase down” results of tests. ### 1/5 — Randomly disappearing test results *2026-07-15, version 7.6.0* Receiving notifications that my test results are ready, but the test result section in the app is empty. After trying to wait, restarting app multiple times they appeared, was able to check only one of them before they disappeared again. They will only guarantee delivering test results through the app, but the app, over the period of the past three years, does not work. The technical support team takes a message and never returns with help. I am seeing if I can achieve any change with this place through the health department or the Americans with Disabilities Act.
