It happened to all my team mates one after another. Contacting support blamed me for not charging it lol , it is not connecting to the charge how do they want me to charge it ? Well they avoided replacing it . I don’t want a new one anyways , it won’t last more than a couple of months . Product idea 👍 Product execution and quality 👎 ### 4/5 — Great but could have some tweaks *2026-05-13, version 3.65* I have to say I really like the app and hardware itself, easy to use and well built, however on the app side, really frustrating that you have to continuously login and out on different devices using email and code sent to email, Face ID would be far better and easier and make life easier when accessing the app. Not sure you can have multiple devices logged in also l, which is again very frustrating. Add these updates and it would be a 5 from me. ### 5/5 — Great product great after service *2026-04-12, version 3.65* We are on our third year of subscription and although I’ve had 3 issues they have always been solved or a replacement sent and the product itself has been fantastic in elevating my sons game who has earned a scholarship with Mansfield Town. Persevere, get on the community group on Facebook and enjoy the product. Many people saw the uselessness of this thing and cancelled subscription that they took away the “manage your subscription” option in account setting now! You need to go through human representative to BEG to cancel your subscription now. When one tab breaks, and they do all the time, its almost impossible to replace. They intentionally create enormous friction and delays. It involves the user taking a bunch of videos, etc. Horrible business practice ### 1/5 — Not worth the money *2025-03-23* The sensors work ok but at 149 dollars a year, what it provides is minimal. If you do purchase, make sure you keep track of the date so you can cancel. My daughter hasn’t used hers in 4 months. Out of sight, out of mind. Then all of the sudden without warning, 149 dollars just stolen out of my account by them. So not worth it. ### 2/5 — Can’t change email address in profile *2025-02-21* I have been trying to change the email address within the profile in the app and it keeps giving me an error message when I try saving it. ### 2/5 — Waste of money *2025-02-16* I bought the sensors for both of my kids who are avid soccer players. They play indoor, futsal, competitive, and high school soccer. We are busy with soccer and practices almost daily, so we get plenty of use out of these. I will not be renewing my annual subscription. Most of the time the time played that it tracks is wrong and needs adjusted, which throws off all the other numbers too. And the app won’t allow you to adjust the time played half of the time anyway. It would be nice if you could just type in a number instead of just sliding a bar saying “longer” or “shorter.” My son had a whole game that wasn’t even uploaded at all either (sensors were charged and on correctly). I even reached out to customer service and they were no help. Videos and tips in the app that are supposed to help improve your child’s performance are not that helpful either. There are a lot of bugs that need to be fixed.
