Add these updates and it would be a 5 from me. ### 2/5 — Cost *2025-05-22* I bought this and was so sad to figure out that their is a subscription of that much so now all my joy is gone it’s just too much money for me to keep it ### 2/5 — Can’t change email address in profile *2025-02-21* I have been trying to change the email address within the profile in the app and it keeps giving me an error message when I try saving it. ### 2/5 — Waste of money *2025-02-16* I bought the sensors for both of my kids who are avid soccer players. They play indoor, futsal, competitive, and high school soccer. We are busy with soccer and practices almost daily, so we get plenty of use out of these. I will not be renewing my annual subscription. Most of the time the time played that it tracks is wrong and needs adjusted, which throws off all the other numbers too. And the app won’t allow you to adjust the time played half of the time anyway. It would be nice if you could just type in a number instead of just sliding a bar saying “longer” or “shorter.” My son had a whole game that wasn’t even uploaded at all either (sensors were charged and on correctly). I even reached out to customer service and they were no help. Videos and tips in the app that are supposed to help improve your child’s performance are not that helpful either. There are a lot of bugs that need to be fixed. The whole thing is pretty frustrating and I wish I didn’t waste my money. ### 2/5 — Sub optimal *2025-02-04, version 3.56* The concept is great. In general the data is obviously useful, however it seems impossible to calibrate data to actual match duration for example. This then has the effect of counting “sub” time as match time. This has a detrimental effect on the reliability and therefore accuracy of data collected; leading to inaccurate trends and scores. Should be an option to input actual game start times and player durations. Scorecard: needs to improve otherwise the data is meaningless. ### 2/5 — Great concept, poor execution *2025-01-22, version 3.55* App is slow, buggy, unresponsive and often gives out totally inaccurate information. Can’t ever contact Support. We would use it for a couple practices, and a game. The battery should have lasted that long we thought, but no. We ended up getting it replaced though. The time it shows we play didn’t add up, the stats wouldn’t register properly because of this. The data we do see, I just wonder the accuracy. I would assume this may be better suited for an older age group. We are U11. I just don’t think there is enough of what we are trying to measure. Or maybe it’s just my teams lack of ball passing to get the touches and dribbling. ### 3/5 — Works brilliantly but customer service is awful *2024-09-14* Trackers work fine but they add a auto renewal on subs that is impossible to change. Sent 30 messages to customer services and get zero help ### 1/5 — Pathetic Customer Service *2024-09-11* The product (sensors) have issues intermittently especially with longer sessions of play/ practice. The sync up of data is erratic in those cases. The customer service is really bad. Inspite of narrating the issue in detail, the cs representative (Mr Otto) could not even understand the issue and communicate the resolution and instead pushed the issue by another week to be attempted on a call. It’s really frustrating to experience your valuable stats from sessions not syncing up consistently. I would not recommend the product if someone is serious to have their stats be consistently available and see progress made. ### 2/5 — Disappointed so far *2024-08-20* Really cool product - but between the sensors and the app itself, it only works without issue maybe 1/3rd of the time. Synching issues, accuracy issues with the data, and recently more and more issues with the app itself. Frustrating because when it works it’s a fun way for my 9yo son to track his progress, but sadly so far it’s been more common to have issues than not. ### 2/5 — Crashes a lot!!! When it works, great information!! *2024-08-20, version 3.51* I bought these for my 9 year old who really loves to play soccer. He participates in a very competitive league and is always wanting to know where he can improve. I thought these would be a great way for home to put a number to his efforts. Boy was I wrong. The information that these sensor provide is fantastic… if you can ever get the information. Sometimes they load sometimes “oops something went wrong, Try again later” or incorrect mounting when I know they matched Right sensor to Right and Left sensor to left with blue light flashing on the outside. then when you go back, the data is not correct or incomplete or not there at all. There is now way to refresh app or even reboot it all together. Tonight I have put in FIVE two factor authentication codes that they sent to my email only for it to tell me I have the wrong code and then tell me something went wrong. In the year 6 months I have had them, these issues have popped up about 10-15 times. I tried to chalk it up to internet issues, cellular issues, iPhone issues, butt NO!!! It doesn’t matter. Glitchy. Buyer beware. ### 1/5 — Problems after newest update. *2024-08-13* After updating the app, there have been nothing but problems downloading the data. But when you send me the code, and I put it in correctly, it says it’s the wrong code. I’ll try re-installing the app, but if not, is there anyway to fix this? It happened to all my team mates one after another. Contacting support blamed me for not charging it lol , it is not connecting to the charge how do they want me to charge it ? Well they avoided replacing it . I don’t want a new one anyways , it won’t last more than a couple of months . Many people saw the uselessness of this thing and cancelled subscription that they took away the “manage your subscription” option in account setting now! You need to go through human representative to BEG to cancel your subscription now. When one tab breaks, and they do all the time, its almost impossible to replace. They intentionally create enormous friction and delays. If you do purchase, make sure you keep track of the date so you can cancel. My daughter hasn’t used hers in 4 months. Out of sight, out of mind. Then all of the sudden without warning, 149 dollars just stolen out of my account by them. There are a lot of bugs that need to be fixed. ### 1/5 — Almost 2 Years and Now Giving Up *2025-01-20* I’ve given up offering my grace and awww shucks decency with this app and the company. The app, sensors, case, and customer service just aren’t worth the anxiety and effort anymore. The sensors will eventually stop working on you. Either suddenly, or you’ll have a list of slowly building technical red flags pop up. What’s worse is that these red flags are 100% known issues with the support and executive team, however they are treating as if they are unknowns. We’re on our 5th pair of sensors and every time we were treated like the issue was our fault or like they’ve never known about it. Meanwhile if you search through the comments on Facebook group posts you’ll see people sharing the same issues for years. Make sure you check the comments though b/c the admin teams remove any negative posts. Anyway, once the issues are presented you’ll have to go through several steps and record yourself doing them so you can send in the video to support to confirm their product is busted. That is if you work hard at scheduling a call with them that would have to be well before 8 AM in the US (they’re based in Europe). The only positive I have to share here is that once they have blessed you issue as a problem they usually ship new ones to you very quickly. I should know, since as I stated I’ve done this now 5 times. So aside from the will they collect data anxiety, to the will the data show up on the app, you will also have to deal with the “will the lights blink blue when connect them the company provided charging cable. Which isn’t good… oh, yeah, I forgot to mention the whole “your data couldn’t be collected because on low battery” warning that you’ll get. Here’s a hint… your sensor’s battery was probably at 80% too. Last, and very much trivial comparatively, the tab of the app that shows drills hardly ever works. Persevere, get on the community group on Facebook and enjoy the product.
